    Me and my husband love this place. The service is always friendly and quick. They always come to the table to do a courtesy check to make sure everything is ok. We love it there.

    Amazing service. Aaron was an awesome server! We came in 30 mins prior to closing... Food was awesome and hot. Drinks were amazing as well.

    My burger was over cooked. I order medium and it was well done and very dry. Service was good. If I return I will order something else

    Not impressed with the service at this TGI FRIDAYS. Only giving 3 starts because my drink was good, and the bartender was personable. We came in at 7pm on a Wednesday night, and only the bar area is open. That is fine and all, but there was only one girl working the bar and all of tables. There was a super unreasonable wait when ordering appetizers and drinks. Will not be back to this location for a while. Seemed like a management issues as there was no one to delegate tasks.

    I honestly loathe TGI Friday's in Jackson because the food is always prepared poorly. My daughter happens to love it so we went for dinner. Unfortunately, the food wasn't much better--they do have an amazing pretzel on the menu now--but Brooke took great care of us.
