Hamburger and fries are excellent

What a pleasant surprise to find in Jasper. It's a good truck! The owners are friendly. The food has their own twist on it and is very good!

The BEST burger and fries! The rosemary chicken is delicious and the street corn is the best I've ever had. I promise, you will not be disappointed!

We had the pleasure of trying this local establishment for lunch today. We had Rosemary's Sandmich, Motown Rolls and M.C.O.G. Street Corn. Everything was cooked and seasoned very nicely. We look forward to trying more items off their fun, unique menu.

In a little red trailer, currently in the center of Jasper TN, a family dream of a restaurant has been born. Locals and travelers need to stop by and let owners Courtney and Jeana know - this is a GREAT idea.

When visiting a food trailer, there is literally only a single concern, food quality. The current menu consists of Burgers, Sandwiches and a few sides. Make no mistake - after several visits I can declare all food from this little red trailer is fantastic.

My first meal was the Rueben and Fries. The meat is a Courtney prepared, smoked and cooked to a tender delight. The corned beef is chunky and mouthwatering with a perfect mix of spices and preparation, covered in a sauerkraut in just the right portion on a toasted bread.

My second meal was the pork pulled sandwich, again an amazingly well prepared meat, with a nice cole slaw and dipping sauce.

My most recent was the traditional cheeseburger- a generous patty, well seasoned with all the fixings. A burger prepared properly is no easy task and yet again I’m so very pleased.

Finally- some people may only return for the fries - they are out of this world delicious. Spices that are mouth watering, cooked just right I couldn’t stop eating them.

I’m urging you all to visit, this cooked to order wonderful dream.
