The Spice is Right, LLC Food Truck

Food is amazing!! Best cheesesteaks I have had in a very long time! 😁

I had the honor to make the trip to Tennessee over the last few days and heard some very very good things about The Spice is Right food truck. The word of mouth and recommendations didn’t disappoint. I had their new Jalapeño Ranch Bacon Burger and it was lights out amazing!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One of the best burgers I’ve had! I will be back again and have to look them up when I come back to TN. Amazing food!! Great service!

Love food trucks, and I really like this one. So happy I can find a relatively legit cheesesteak here in Columbia. This review is only in reference to the cheesesteak as I've been here twice and it's all I've ordered, but if I can pull myself away from it I'll definitely try a chicken sandwich or something.
Now, I'll just say that the cheesesteak is really good. Now, if they want to take it just to that next level, I do have some very nitpicky bits of advice as I'm a bit of an aficionado.
I love that they use Amoroso rolls - or if they aren't, they are the closest thing I've had that's not. I'm not sure about your kitchen layout, but if you have an unused oven under the grill, you could keep the "next up" rolls in there to make them just a tad flakier. If not, you could put the rolls over the steak for 30 seconds or so on the grill to crisp up the edges. Next up, I always get mushrooms and jalapeños, yet I have yet to see one. I think they chop them up or something, not sure why. Last thing I'd recommend is to salt and pepper the meat while it's on the grill. That's all. Look forward to many more meals here. Probably going there tomorrow.

This is the only food establishment I frequent on a regular basis. The food is heavenly, the portions are great for what you pay for, and the service is top notch. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but my longtime favorite is the cheesesteak and the triple threat nachos! I look forward to making my way through the whole menu (if I can stop ordering my favorites lol).

Sorry I don't have any photos. Once I saw this beautiful burger, all I could think about was eating it. It was delicious. Really delicious. Try the Mac Attack and you will go back. Yes, the fries were great too.
