    Quick service. Food is good and hot. Staff was sweet and kind. Good to know owners are on site checking in.

    First time here.
    Greeted and seated immediately.
    Everything was clean and sparkled..
    Server was friendly and helpful, food was brought out quickly and everything was hot, fresh and tasted great...
    Best pancakes I've had in a long time...
    Highly recommend the Stubborn Mule in Columbia if you are looking for a great breakfast...
    Nuff said!!!

    The food was amazing. The diner atmosphere was wonderful. The service was sweet. Two thumbs up. We will be back

    Country bacon? Great service by local young folks? Yes that's here at the stubborn mule! A good selection of every day breakfast options are available. However I was tickled they offered something you can't find everywhere peaches and cottage cheese as sides!
    The staff was delightful even though we showed up a half hour before close on a Sunday! Next time I will definitely try the grits. The ladies room was quite lovely aso. But I gotta say the sarcastic quote on my coffee cup had me giggling the whole meal.

    I had the farmers market omelette. Husband had the French dip sandwich. Plate’s are very generous. The drinks could be served in bigger glasses. These mason jars are too small.
