“Treats their hours of operation as more of a guideline... Sometimes they open at 7. Sometimes it's 7:10 - 7:15. Sometimes they still haven't opened by the time I leave the parking lot to find a place to eat. Service and food has been fine otherwise. Restrooms and dining area are clean. Just wish they could figure out Open: 7AM means open your store at 7AM.”

“Love firehouse, typically came here every day for 6+ months. During that time, I never had anyone mess my order up, I never had to wait an extended period of time for my food, the sweet tea was always super sweet, and my food was always top notch. Honestly actually feels like a real sandwich shop as opposed to subway which feels like a standard fast food joint.”

“My husband and I stopped here for a quick lunch. The cashier must have been new because we spent a long time at the register and she didn't allow us to enter our info in before she cashed out, so we didnt get our reward points. She was very sweet but it was time consuming as we had people waiting behind us during lunch hour traffic (She was by herself). We also received fruit that went bad. The manager apologized for all the inconvenience and gave us a coupon for a complimentary meal. The food did get to us hot and correct.”

“We had a great experience. We had a large group of 15. Because of a glitch with the computer only half of our order was put in. When they realized what had happened, the manager came out and explained. The rest of the food was brought very soon. And he made it right on the tickets. The food and service were great!”
