Bulgogi House

Having lived in Korea for 6 years and being married to a Korean woman who is an excellent cook, I am very skeptical of Korean restaurants. I have tried a large number of Korean restaurants in Tennessee and have been usually disappointed on most days. Today is not one of those days.

The Bulgogi House was quite excellent. It started with the service, then the menu options, then the food being served quickly, to amazing dishes. The assortment of little dishes accompanying the main courses was very good. The seasoning was spot on and the food temperature was perfect for the selections. The dining area was very clean and still had that shiny new look (they've been open for 3 months) This is one Korean restaurant I will be visiting again...and soon

It was very quiet, with soft music playing. THAT was a breath of fresh air from most places anymore. The service and the food were GREAT! We had Sesame chiken and bulgogi. Both were excellent!

Best authentic Korean restaurant in town, the food is excellent and the prices are very good. I have been here several times and it is great each time. I meant to take a picture of everything, but it looked so good coming out that I forgot! This is all that remained!

It's the people and the food that make this restaurant enjoyable. It's clearly family and/or friend owned and operated. They do an excellent job cultivating, cooking and delivering authentic Korean cuisine. I've eaten here a few times and tried something different every time.
