Love this restaurant. Every time I visit my dad, we have to get the schnitzel. Love the potatoes and cabbage. Makes me miss Germany. When I went in every thing was very clean and ship shape. I actually was very surprised by the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Very impressed. Highly recommend.

Food - delicious. Jaeger schnitzel with cabbage and potatoes was fantastic, in every way. Five stars.

Customer service - great. Food didn't take long to come out and lady was really nice with everything. No issues. Five stars.

Facility - filthy. Unfortunately. Floors, windows, and overall lack of cleanliness is an issue. Dead bugs in window sills next to where I'm eating. Layers of dirt on the floor for no reason. Why? The bathroom....???? looks like a bar bathroom. Again, why? Absolutely no reason for this. They're not that busy for the place to look this dirty. It's just a lack of cleanliness. Zero stars.

Besides that, it was all good. It was a shame. Id love to return but doubt it because of the condition.????‍♀️. Hopefully they'll take care of that. They could get so many more customers by just cleaning up the place, just saying.

To be honest, we took one look at the exterior and almost went somewhere else . But the reviews raved about the food and staff, so we decided to try it out. So glad we did! The food was great and the staff was very friendly. A great testament to not judging a book by its cover. Highly recommend this restaurant!
