UME Sushi&Seafood Buffet

They still sell Cajun boil as a meal if you order instead of the buffet! Super good, the only thing is that they didn't have potatoes bc no one orders them anymore 😭 still way better than storming crab or any other overpriced place. Bad picture bc I ate everything before taking it. Will be coming back when they have potatoes 😂

Came here on a Saturday night around 6pm. It was semi-busy. The decor was nice. I liked the presentation of the food. For 4 adults, it was $105.

Pros:
1. All-you-can-eat snow crab legs which came out quickly and often.
2. Flavors of food were pretty good. I liked the chicken wings and the spicy tuna roll especially.
3. Service was standard for a Chinese buffet.
4. The nigiri was good as well as the spicy tuna roll.

Cons:
1. Soy sauce was crazy salty. Much more salty than normal.
2. Food was warm at best.
3. Hot and sour soup was not good at all.

Overall, not a bad experience. I hope they figure out how to keep hot foods hot.

The buffet had a variety of food and everything was hot and fresh. They also have sushi and a small dessert area. I am really basic when it comes to sushi so was thrilled that they had shrimp tempura on the buffet. That alone is worth the $12 for the lunch buffet.

4 stars for effort. Would probably come back just for sushi. But there wasn't any sashimi or anything cool. For convenience and lunch on a weekday only. Service was excellent and staffs were friendly. Awesome location.

Went to Ume Sushi & Seafood Buffet. It was pretty good, the food was hot and some seemed made from scratch even which was nice (the huge egg rolls and the fried rice and the Rangoons). Mom preferred crab legs to be steaming hot (they were chilled but definitely lots of them) but she was overall happy still. They had my favorite coffee cakes that the hot pot place had also and I believe Ube? Steamed buns that were really good too. My favorite noodles of course are the Mei fun and they had those. I kinda wish they had the fortune cookies (maybe they’re still getting some ordered). The sushi was fresh and good also.
