“I wall always love Waffle House for there breakfast. This is the frist time I went to the one on river side. My experience is good as busy as they where. We got are order placed it took about maybe 5 or 10 minutes for a order to come. And like I always say try it for yourself. Because to me the food made the wait worth it. My this likes are the table was clean are the floor swept. But the waiter clean are table as fast as she could.”

“A great hole in the wall place! I was really impressed with the selection. The cotton candy burrito was a great little treat! It's only $4! They were very accommodating to our "gummie galore" request. The only thing I would change is the hours in which you keep the cotton candy machine up! I went in an hour before closing one night to surprise my kids with one of the burritos, and I was told they had already taken the machine down for closing, that was 5 minutes after I had sat there talking about the burrito so I felt like that could have been nipped in the bud as soon as I walked in and asked about it, instead of getting my hopes up. Overall, great place, just go way before they close!”

“Amazing food, Ive enjoyed everything from here that I have purchased. However the owners need to learn how to be punctual. The restaurant never seems to be open on time. Once I waited untill about an hour after they were supposed to be open before the owners pulled into the parking lot. Also they go out of town alot leaving the restaurant closed for sometimes weeks at a time. I don't understand why he does not have staff the can run the restaurant while he is away! Again they have truly great and amazing food, I just wish that they were open according to the hours posted on the door!”

“I was more than impressed with the warm atmosphere, the Excellent customer service from Linda, and the absolutely wonderfully simple, delicious fried foods and bar fare. The prices are extremely fair for both food and drink and I didn't double think leaving a good tip. There is only beer here, but it is cold and it is plenty. West End Bar & Grill has a lot to be proud of and I wish them continued success. *Update* So, I guess the second time is always the charm when it comes to truly experiencing something, and I think that WEB really should update their environment and hire some more qualified staff to really liven up the place. It would be nice if they actually served Liquor, but licensing does cost money and I can understand not wanting to pay for a Liquor license. I just think that if they don't update, they probably won't be around much longer. I'd even be willing to pay more for drinks if they had a nicer atmosphere.”

“We visit here about twice a month. Usually I don't have any issues. This last visit I found that the only friendly person was our waitress. The young girl that escorted us to our table didn't say one word to us (didn't offer for us to pick out a steak like usual) and did not even have eye contact with us. She took us to the table, dropped off the bread and started to walk off. I thanked her and she didn't reply back until I raised my voice to get her attention and she finally made eye contact with me and said.. "Ohhhh, sorry you're welcome." then hurried away. My advice to management is if you are going to put young teens in the host booth or escorts to the table.. make sure you instruct them to smile, make eye contact and actually talk to the guest. They need to learn this little step is important and sets up the guests to fully enjoy the dining experience. Also, I ended up having to return my steak. Was told a manager would bring it to the table. The waitress apologized for the delay and no manager came to the table. The waitress was the only saving grace for this visit.”
