“Can't say how the service or food is but how can you advertise having an Italian beef sub when it isn't an Italian beef. Need to do research on how an Italian beef is made and served instead of making something up and calling it what it isn't. “The food was very good and the prices were great! I tried almost everyone's food, it was all very good. I was disappointed at first with my chicken and dumplings, I thought there would be veggies in it, but it in no way disappoint besides the fact that after I ate it all I wanted more. Lol my husband and son got the BBQ sandwiches and they were big and yummy! The chicken strips were quite large too! But the biggest thing that impressed us was the customer service! I don't think we have ever had such good customer service! They very clearly have regulars, I think everyone in there except for us were regulars, but they didn't treat us any different than their regulars. Sometimes in small places like this non-regulars like us just get ignored, but our waitress (sorry I can't remember your name, but you know who you are) chatted us up, checked on us and treated us just like we came in everyday! Infact she's so sweet that when we walked in she was walking an elderly gentleman out to his car. Now that is customer service! They even changed the TV from news to cartoons for our kids without us asking. We will be back next time we are out this way! Thank you for the awesome customer service!”
