    Delicious food. Friendly staff. They get your food out in a reasonable time frame. Went with a group of about 20 and they got our food out in about 20-30 minutes while we sat and chatted.

    I've been 3 times in the past 2 weeks to this location and ordered Santa Fe Chicken Salad every visit. Whether grilled or crispy, the chicken hasn't been fresh - consistently cold, dry, and tough. Rest of the salad was good. Service has been consistently great.

    Went for my Birthday and it was very good. The server did a great job. Not sure why but every place we go, not just Chili's, is so cold. It is uncomfortable to enjoy my meal. Not a knock on Chili's, almost every place is doing this now.

    My family goes here almost every other weekend. Staff is always so kind and patient- we have a 2 year old and they are always great with her and interact with her too. Food is always hot and tastes amazing. Drinks are great and margaritas are very good. One of our favorites in Cookeville.

    Food quality has really slipped. Left more on the table than we ate. Server, Erica was great, but won't ever order the nachos again. Not really good and beef didn't even taste like beef. Also had a very odd consistency. Don't know what's happened to the Chilis we've always loved, but it's gone. Too bad.
