Enjoyed our first trip here. Lots of unique choices and everything was good. I had the short ribs. The frozen vegetables that come with it are really unnecessary. I still got a side and a salad, so the bland veggies didn't get eaten. We will be back!

6th & Main is a delicious new restaurant in Springfield, TN filling the beautiful space adjacent to our historic courthouse. 6th & Main features a contemporary American menu with dishes that relate to our town and it's growing population. Come explore Robertson County, TN and enjoy some great local restaurants and shopping. We really do have it all here in my Tennessee mountain home!

Has potential, but they need to work out some issues with menu items.

Specifically, the Chicken and Waffles. The separate components are delicious (white chicken meat, fried coating, waffle, hot honey- BUT it does not work- you cannot eat those together because the crispy coating of the chicken is so brittle, once you cut into it all falls off- leaving you with plain white chicken.

Then, you try to grab some waffle with your chicken- and you can’t- it crumbles and won’t stay on your fork (it needs just a slight bit of “spongy” texture to it to hold it together.

So, as the current prep method of this dish stands, you will need a big ‘ol spoon in order to scoop up a bit of each of the Four elements that make up Chicken n Waffles

I really hope they fix - I’d like to go back

They have been open for two weeks, we chose to eat here for Father’s Day. It was our daughters treat. We had the honey butter biscuits, the boom boom shrimp. My husband wanted the country fried steak but they were out so he got the beef short rib served over mashed potatoes, and my daughter had the meatloaf muffin over mashed potatoes. The honey butter biscuits were very good. The boom boom shrimp we’re good but needed more spicy sauce drizzled over them. The side salad was excellent. The meatloaf muffin served over mashed potatoes was good but the onions inside the meatloaf were large and were still crunchy, it also had what tasted like BBQ sauce over it. The macaroni and cheese was also very good. The beef short rib was good, at least my husband didn’t complain and he ate it all. The server was very nice, the atmosphere was nice. Give it a try.
