Jose's Mexican Restaurant (Springfield)

Fun place!! Beautiful venue. Staff super friendly. Great drinks and food!! The outdoor seating area is absolutely beautiful. More extensive drink menu. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had a nice dinner for two and were impressed with how good everything here was. They've only been open a couple of days and have some fine tuning to do, but we had an excellent visit. Karen, our server, was adorable and did an awesome job, and the managers and such were attentive and checked in on us now and then. The food was delicious, and we'll definitely return when we get the urge for some great Mexican food. We also had a couple margaritas and they were done well, too. We'll be back!

Very impressed with all of the above. The restaurant is now so much brighter and more comfortable, with outdoor seating. The entire staff were very attentive from beginning to end. The vast selection of adult beverages, so many margaritas flavors, will rival anyone else's here. I had the green apple and yum!! The guacamole was the best I have had. It was fresh, flavorful, and a most generous portion. My chicken tacos were delicious, and a large portion. The rice and beans were great too. There is a bit of a kick that comes on slowly. We will certainly be back!
