5 min to ask what drink I want, 10 min to be told that they don't have it, 10 more minutes to get 2nd beer of choice, half hour in and I've grown bored of shooting straw wrappers waiting on food...

Best green beans ever! Service is almost as good as the food. If you door dash they will make sure you have everything. I eat this place atleast twice a week for 2 years and have never had one issue..

I found Champy's to be a very comfortable place to eat. They specialize mainly in chicken, but be rest assured that there is nobody in town that can compete with them when it comes to fried chicken. The prices were very reasonable and the service was very good. So stop by there next time you are craving some good chicken, I promise that you won't be disappointed.

I tried the thigh and drumstick plate with baked beans and coleslaw. It was very good, but I will go back to the tenders. My dad's catfish was excellent. The sides were great. We liked the tamales as well. They have just a little spiciness or heat to them. I recommend trying them.

Reminds me of a toots kind of. But the chicken was amazingly fresh. Has a diner or dive vibe to it. And as they so proudly advertise on their sign outside the establishment, they offer delta hot tomales which were great. Delicious. Will be back for sure. You can bring the whole family here.
