Chili's Grill & Bar

This was my first time to visit Chili’s since I’ve been on a pretty strict health kick. When I first looked at the menu I was worried because I saw items with 1000+ calories per serving but our wait staff Was very quick to point out some of the healthier options from the “Guiltless Grille” and we were able to get meals under 600 calories. I tried the classic sirloin 6 ounce with asparagus it was delicious and filling. We had very good service and the wait staff prepared to go drinks for us.

Our server Grant was friendly, he gave us adequate time to decide what to order, our food was hot, fresh, and delicious, he refilled our drinks frequently. The games on the Ziosk are fun, educational, and entertaining.

We had the BEST waitress EVER! got my entire families order correct and we know we order difficult stuff sometimes.bathrooms were clean. Always love this location

Normally great! Not so great this time. VERY VERY dry chili. I couldn't believe it was sent out. That said the manager took one look and agreed. He replaced it. Server was rude. Also not the norm at this Chilli's as they are, on most occasions, worth a 4-4 1/2 and even occasionally a 5. Don't let my 3 stars stop you from going to this one though. Like I said just a bad night this time.

The service and food here was great. My only complaint is that there was absolutely no parking sports. So me and one other car parked in to-go parking because it was the only spots left. When we left some woman who did carry out orders yelled at us for parking in the to go spots. She was very rude and then went inside and pointed and talked about the cars to her coworkers in front of the customers. I got the queso burger and it was really good. I’d definitely go back but on a day when it’s not as crowded and I can find parking. I wouldn’t do carry out there though. There were still carry out spots open and she was extremely rude about it. The burger was great though the fries are okay never super fresh but good.
