Clean, pretty decor, tasty, Indian food in a "bowl", friendly staff, good prices.
So little twist on traditional food, but has some of your favorite flavors with tikka masala, korma, palak paneer. Really kind worker happy to explain the menu if you have questions.
Loved the live edge wood and mural.
I got a chicken korma bowl with recommended sides and two delicious samosas with cilantro chutney for $14 and change.
I wanted to try out this place after reading about it in Boro Good Eats on FB, and it did not disappoint. Even though we came in one hour before close, rushing to get dinner before it’s too late, the food was still fresh and flavorful. I could tell though that they didn’t have much left. (Sadly, my husband wanted shrimp and they ran out. We will be back for that!) Service was amazing; the guy who helped us made recommendations on what would go best with what.
I got the lamb bowl with biryani rice, korma curry, mixed greens, kachumbar, and cilantro mint & curries special sauce. We also had the samosas.
It’s a PLUS that they have affordable kids menu! My kids are little and do not eat enough for a big meal, so the lentil curry with rice was perfect for them.
Great new restaurant in a convenient location. Excellent Indian food bowls with plenty of options for vegans and non-vegans alike. Interestingly, everything on the menu is cooked without oil, making the food much healthier but without sacrificing any flavor. The curries are not “hot” spicy, but they are absolutely full of well-balanced Indian spices.
The owner is super helpful and kind, always willing to answer questions with a smile. The dining area is not huge, but it can easily accommodate families and small groups.
Highly recommend this place…go check it out!

Love this new authentic Indian fast-casual spot in Murfreesboro. Really convenient location if you work at or near St. Thomas Rutherford or if you’re doing some shopping near The Avenue! The curry options are authentic and full of flavor, and the menu has options for various proteins, as well as vegetarian and vegan options. Prices are very reasonable and you could definitely have leftovers with the portion size. The owners are incredibly kind and invested in creating amazing food for their customers. My friends and I loved it and will be back! If you’re looking for a fast-casual option for delicious food and want to support local business, Curries is the place for you!
