Wood Fired Neopolitan style pizza!

This place is amazing. The sauce and all of the ingredients are fantastic. I have truly missed a good Wood Fired Pizza, and Mike's has nailed it.

In addition to the great food, the owners are super friendly, and they truly love what they do here!

They also make their own Ranch dressing there and my daughter loves it so much it's the first thing she looks for when I bring the pizza home

Mike’s Pizzeria was five stars! Checked it out this evening with a couple people and we LOVED all of the pizzas. The service was wonderful and very attentive and pizzas came out quickly.

The crust is perfect - great chew, a little char flavor from the pizza oven, and not too thick or too thin. Eating the crust dipped in their homemade ranch sauce was a must.

Wanted to sample a few options so we ordered the margherita, hot salami, pesto chicken, and tartufo. The mushroom and salami were our top favorites. I’m already dreaming about going back to see if I can order the hot salami with pineapple added as that might just be my perfect pizza combination.

The space is open and clean. The options are slim enough to avoid choice anxiety but large enough for everyone to find something.
There's only one size: 12 inches.
We chose the meats, which was really delicious. I did find it strange that ranch was the automatic condiment and we had to ask for parmesan and crushed red pepper, but my partner said the crust was delicious with ranch. I liked the crust alone.
In fact, the crust was superb to me. Perfectly thin and chewy. The meats were flavorful, and I prefer the less cheesy pizza. A touch more sauce would have been perfection, but that's a personal preference.
My partner is used to eating bigger, but the size is actually great for 2. I honestly would have eaten the whole thing and possibly would have been overly full had I done that.

Overall, an excellent pizza that I will definitely get again!

Really good Neapolitan style pizza. Fresh ingredient, tasty dough. After reading some reviews seems like people are not familiar with Neapolitan style pizza. We’ll definitively go back.

The BEST real and authentic pizzeria we’ve had since visiting Naples, Italy (the birthplace of pizza). The owners Mike and Beshoy are warm and so welcoming! They genuinely care about the ingredients they use and everything they make and use is either homemade or fresh ingredients. Not to mention they have a wood fired oven directly from Italy. The pizza is so DELICIOUS! Won’t go back to typical American pizza restaurants anymore. Must try!!
