    Just finished my second bowl. My schedule is pretty crazy so I love having these available for when I get a break to eat. Tastes great and the price is right.

    It is not easy to find healthy and quick eats in Murfreesboro. This is one of my go-to places to grab a nutritious meal when I’m in a rut in grab something quick in the middle of a work day. Friendly staff! Simple menu. Always clean. Murfreesboro needed a place like MUNCH for a long time! Thanks y’all!

    I love this place. Love the fact that it takes my mindset off of the junk fast food. Love this local business and it is very frugal for single people on the go!

    Had the salmon bowl, and the chicken bowl. Both were delicious and simple. You should definitely go try this place and support a local business. The food is great and healthy and the staff is super nice. We will definitely be back very soon..
