Food was delicious and piping hot, and everything is made from scratch. The banana pudding tastes like what Grandma would have made. It's a small, quaint restaurant with a nice "hometown vibe." The folks who work here are so friendly, and if you don't leave here with a full tummy it's your own fault.
Yeah, it is THAT good. 10% off on Sundays if you bring your Church Flyer. For those of you who grew up in the South, you know exactly what you are getting into from that statement alone. For those of you who are not, this means that you will be VERY well fed, and it will taste like an after church potluck where everyone hopes to get this BBQ before it runs out. Do yourself a favor and order the Ribs (best thing on the menu). The Chess Pie tastes like it should, a sugar cookie pie. Oh, and to top it all off? I managed to get a Rib plate, a Smoked Bologna plate, and a Chess Pie all for 20 dollars (no church flyer). Go there hungry, leave there full with a smile on your face. It is as simple as that.
The best BBQ food I've ever had by far. To be honest, this food beats Peg Leg Porker in Nashville. I live in Franklin but I'd be happy to come down here every week
Absolutely love the wings! I can't stop once I start, the smokey and deliciousness are finger licking great! Be prepared to be completely stuffed after eating. Bring an empty belly and leave wanting more, but just can't. So you have no choice but to come back.
The food was awesome. It was hard to eat the meat because the sides were so good. Service was great. Everyone was nice and polite
