She explained that they made everything fresh and there would be a wait for food, which we totally understand. I got the turkey burger and my husband decided on bacon cheeseburger. Arrived around 10am so it was after the morning rush but still several customers seated. Worked on paperwork and stayed about an hour...no tables were cleaned during that hour.”

And my this was the best burger I've ever eaten at a McDonald's . It was supposed to have bacon on it. But. It didn't take away from the experience. The other McDonald's in the area should take notice and follow suit.”

“The shop was nice, but I was disappointed with my traditional cappuccino. I came here after reading all the wonderful reviews and saw lots of pictures of beautiful lattes and cappuccinos. However my 6oz cappuccino was poured into a 12oz cup and the foam was not a great consistency (see photo). Since it was poured into a cup that was too big I couldn’t even drink the foam because it got stuck to the sides. They also served all their coffees in to-go cups without asking. It was at least a strong cappuccino!”

“This is another one of those Smyrna locations that brinks on disaster constantly. The workers are always very nice but flustered. They usually get your order correct, so that's a bonus, but they often seem terrified of messing everything up. Since this location sees a LOT of traffic, it generally stays functional at a reasonable pace. I would definitely recommend this location over the other Smyrna one!”
