It was a trainee who was taking care of us, and she was obviously having trouble figuring out which buttons to push for a certain transaction (which one of us have not experienced that on some level); I was fine waiting for the food because I knew she was doing her best. What bothered me was that a more experienced staff member saw that the trainee was having trouble and did not give her the necessary help to finish the transaction. I am not bothered by the trainee's struggle; I was bothered by the actions of the more experienced staff for she displayed a lack of concern for her colleague and indirectly for the customer who was having to wait longer.”

I ordered the shrimp and garlic, veggie lo mein and egg drop soup. Shrimp were perfect and tasty, lo mein was good and soup was awesome. “One of the most personable and most fresh oriental places I have been to. I placed my order over the phone, she was very polite. When I walked in I was created by a voice from the kitchen and a man who walked around the corner. Both were friendly and warm. She has told me she was going to make it super fresh over the phone, but I never expected it to still be hot and amazing by the time I got it home. The man took my money and was very thorough about making sure I had everything I needed. The chicken pad Thai and egg rolls were to die for.”

“1st time here today. I ordered the cheese bread deep dish with mozzarella - it tastes ok. I'm thinking maybe go lite on the oil in the pans. Too much oil saturates the bread. I ordered the supreme, I also added jalapenos.. there is alot going on here. The jalapenos really sets off this pizza. Draws out the flavors of the sauce, Italian sausage, cheese, the crunchiness of the crust. The downside.. canned mushrooms instead of fresh, and I dont like their choice of Black olives.. I love black olives canned in olive oil..makes them really stand out. Over all, I liked the the food. I will use them again”
