No Way Jose’s Mexican Cantina

Great restaurant experience. We got immediate seating on the covered patio during a heavy rain. The service was terrific, and we were impressed by the variety of Mexican and Tex-Mex dishes on the menu. Everything we ordered was excellent and prepared with a lot care. Even the queso sauce had a little extra something delicious.

Conveniently located across the street from the Aquarium we found a very good authentic Mexican Restaurant. We were seated right away and drinks with chips and freshly made salsa came rapidly.
We started with a good guacamole with flour type chips. And moved on to a beef taco and cheese enchilada with rice and beans. All were very good.
Service was excellent and friendly even on a busy Saturday afternoon in June.
Side note..
We parked in the parking garage behind the Aquarium for a fee but it saved the hassle of looking for a parking spot.

Wow, just wow. Our waiter was awesome, worked hard, actually all the staff was amazing. Had a 15 minute wait, when we sat down and got the chips and salsa the food was out in 5 minutes, super hot. Tasted amazing. Got some fried ice cream to share, was fantastic. Portions are very large, so come hungry or plan on sharing. Please give my review a thumbs up if it helps you. I wouldn't pass this place up when you visit Gatlinburg

Fantastic dining experience. The receptionist informed us that we would have about a 20 minute wait, which was accurate. We received our food within 15 minutes of sitting down. Excellent service, and even better tasting food. Ample food portions for reasonable prices. A must-stop when in Gatlinburg!

Was great. The atmosphere was great and the food was awesome. Our server was very friendly too. If you like Mexican this is the place to go. I definitely recommend getting a table on the deck... Beautiful view of river. I can't wait to go back.
