The Fox & Parrot Tavern

Great off the beaten path location and really cozy atmosphere, however I was really disappointed with the corned beef and cabbage plate. There was no flavour at all. The corned beef didnt even taste like it had been properly brined. My moms fish and chips were delicious though!
The service was prompt, though not the most inviting considering we were the only ones there when we arrived, the server eventually perked up once a large group arrived about 15 minutes after us.
All in all, while not the best visit, I would love to come back and see some improvements because this place has so much potential and I would love to be able to rave about this place to my friends.

We loved the food and the service. Amazing country place. It was like a minute in the old world. We played games with our kid and he walked around looking at all the stuff. Loved it!!!

What a fantastic little out of the way tavern! We stopped in for a drink and a bite to eat and loved the out of the way English feel. It was a nice change to the busy and commercialized atmosphere from downtown Gatlinburg.

Authentic British fare. The chips are perfect. The fish is so fresh. Great draught and bottled beer selections. Be careful turning into parking lot. It's on a blind turn and the driveway is washed out and pretty rough, so make a right turn into the parking lot if possible. (But definitely brave it!) They offer a discount if you pay with cash. We had a great experience.

Cute little pub, kind of out of the way, but well worth the trip to arts and crafts village! The food was absolutely incredible! Cooked to perfection and by far the best I've ever had. Simple British pub food done perfectly. Huge selection of beers and hard ciders. Highly recommend this local treasure
