Best service EVER!! Had a table quick! Our server Paul was AWESOME! He gets 10+ on customer skills!! Actually with his kindness & customer skills, I’d give Paul 100 + if I could!
The food come out fast and exactly what we ordered! Piping hot & FRESH! The pizzeria was spot on PERFECTLY CLEAN! The employees were all very clean & neat in appearance! Everyone I made eye contact with smiled & greeted us! How much more awesome can it get!! Definitely be returning again, and, AGAIN! Thanks Big Daddy’s Pizza!!! Great pizza, a fun environment, and we loved the staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone. We tried the buffalo chicken pizza and the Mama Mia. They were both amazing!

For coming in less than an hour before close, every staff member we encountered was friendly. I had never been here before but heard good things. The pizza was amazing and fresh tasting all around. My daughter received some dough to shape for her dessert which she enjoyed. She also received a balloon flower from the guy walking around doing balloon art. Service was good and we will definitely return. I'd also like to add that 2 seperate staff members asked us where we were from and engaged with us like they actually cared. I have been to many places to eat in this area and you don't always get that from employees... Especially before closing time. Highly recommended.

I don’t give many five stars but this place was great for the price. Pizza was great. Service was amazing. Nice atmosphere. Zero complaints. I would go here before the Old Mill that everyone raves about.

We took our 4.5 year old and 10 month old to Gatlinburg on vacation, and this is one of the places highly recommended to us. The pizza and service were top notch. The crust was delicious, and so was the sauce. Cheese and toppings were generous, and the waiter kept up perfectly with refills and other needs. Our older son loved the arcade, which was far enough from the dining area as to not be disruptive to diners, which was a nice feature. This is a fun place to come with or without kids to have some good food.
