    Firehouse has the Best tasting subs around. They never disappoint me or my appetite. I even talked with the owner (while he was sweeping and mopping the floor) about an old firetruck that used to sit inside the store. Later I saw him delivering food to other customers. He truly cares about his store.

    Ordered online. Food was ready when I got there. Staff was very nice. Food was delicious.

    The food and service was excellent! Jamie, at the counter was very nice when we came in and was even asking us about where we were from. The best Firehouse Subs closest to the Tri-Cities, TN area! Get the Hook & Ladder, you won't be disappointed!

    We visited your store in pigeon Forge today for the first time in a few months. Jamie was working the counter. As usual he greeted us with kindness and even remembered what we order.

    He always makes our trip memorable. Thank you Jamie. We always come back because of his friendly, personal service.
