Harpoon Harry's Crab House - Pigeon Forge

My son loves crab legs that's his favorite thing to eat. We live in Knoxville and he is favorite place to go for any special occasion as harpoon Harry's to get crab legs. When we went they have to be out of the kind that he wanted but he was not disappointed with the crab legs he got. We all had so much fun and just seeing him with his crab legs so happy and leaving so satisfied was a wonderful experience for all

Went to this establishment with some reservations given the recent reviews but figured we'd give it a try as a family of 3 adults and 3 kids. Most important take away I want everyone to read is that the food itself was phenomenal beside one adult feeling the seasoning was a little heavy. Unfortunately the service was in the lowest category I could have rated. The front desk did not provide a sushi menu and then blew off my request for more than 3 crayons total for the 3 children. Then the appetizer was brought before the individual plates and the peel and eat shrimp was missing cocktail sauce which was then provided in small to-go cups. FYI the eruption sushi was great!!! Then the burgers were delivered completely plain without any toppings and they swapped my daughter's salad with fries. Apparently they were out of proper to-go bags and our server unavailable and the nearest server simply stated it wasn't his job to provide to-go bags. Out main server was a 6 foot man who chose to dominate the table almost bumping my wife's face with his shoulder when retrieving plates. Upon leaving we did speak with Phil, the manager, who seems to be sincerely apologetic for the advice and says he is splitting his duties between the Tampa and Pigeon Forge for the last 45 days working to improve the location. In all I'll likely give the place another shot next time in town as the kitchen service was up to my expectations.
