Puckett's Grocery & Restaurant - Pigeon Forge

Great restaurant with cool atmosphere! The inside is so different than the outside. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is it took forever for our food to come out! I think they will improve once they have worked out the kinks. It was good one we got it! Staff very nice and friendly! I will go back again.

This is the BEST place to eat in Pigeon Forge! The food is truly unlike anything else in this area. Appetizers are NOT frozen from a bag! I highly recommend the BBQ Pimento Cheese bites with pepper jelly! The queso is WONDERFUL and the chips are as light as air!! Our server, Anthony,was very attentive and helpful!

Oh my gosh! This place was amazing. First time here. Darlene was our server, she was great. Our drinks were always full, she made great recommendations and the brisket and Tennessee pound cake were out of this world.

Ate there twice in 2 days. Chicken salad, tender app, and burgers were great! Came back the next day for only dessert...the pound cake and the peach cobbler are great! Service was great both times. The managers are very attentive and made us aware of ingredients used in some of the entrees due to food allergies. Pricing was standard, definitely less than the typical specialty or other sit down restaurants in Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg.

We had an enjoyable time. The waitress Melissa R was very informative and service was great. The food was served in great time. Only complaint with food could have bread warm and served with butter. The meatloaf was fantastic never ate meatloaf like that! The manager came to our table asking how things were. With the restaurant being open for 4days we were impressed. A pleasant and comfortable atmosphere! We will go back again!!
