Awesome food and they give you a ton! Tried the potato pancakes for an appetizer they were amazing. Had the chicken parm as well it was very good. Left with enough food for lunch the next day! They have happy hour so beer was cheap.

The great food. Fun atmosphere. The bar and the beer are fantastic.
We came in for a family reunion of 30 plus people and we were seated, had drink and ALL out orders in within 30 min.
Usually for a group that big you have to wait for your food to be finished for a while, which we all expected...but our food came out In such a timely manner and it was DELICIOUS.
You guys are worth every bit of these 5 stars. Thank you for making our experience so great.

My boyfriend and I went for breakfast before leaving Pigeon Forge for the 6 hour drive home. I was originally concerned because we were asked to wait 5 mins for a table, and yet the place was only about 1/4 occupied. I think they were low on staff at the time. But once seated, the waitress made sure to stop by and check on us regularly.
The food was great! My French toast was exactly what I wanted, and the pancakes are HUGE. Only order one for the table. I'm glad our waitress warned us ahead of time.
The price was wonderful. About $6 a person for a good amount of food. I was stuffed.
I liked the atmosphere, although it would have been cool to have more authentic music playing instead of pop songs.
I definitely want to eat here again on my next vacation.

The staff was friendly and worked well together. Beyond a warming environment the food was excellent. I had the traditional schnitzel with mashed potatoes and my boyfriend had the pork shank. We both liked the schnitzel best, but both were tender and delicious. We made room for the German chocolate, and we were not disappointed!

Great authentic German food! My boyfriend lived in Germany for a few years and he can attest that this is pretty real. He finally found one of his favorite German beers which can be pretty hard. The food was delicious with huge portions. We got the pretzel, the bacon and cheese potato cakes, and the traditional schnitzel. Every thing was great, but the schnitzel took the cake ???? we will definitely be back for more!

Trip 2!!!
We decided to end our vacation with dinner at Wild Bear Tavern and it was the best decision of the week! We had Autumn as our waitress and she was just perfect. She was hilarious, our drinks were never empty, and we didn’t want for a thing the whole evening. Dad and hubby got the German beer, and we all got Schnitzel platters. Dad loves his German heritage and hubby was stationed in Germany and they said that this food was 100% authentic. However, Autumn made the whole night. I tried a cocktail I didn’t like, so she worked with the bartender and they brought me an off the menu cocktail the creator dubbed “The After School Special” and it had to be the best mixed drink I’ve ever had in my life. We will definitely be back and we will definitely ask for Autumn. If she isn’t working that night we will wait until she is - that woman needs to be promoted because she was fabulous. Great night with awesome food and even better people!
