My husband and I loved this place. The food was amazing!!! I had the chicken tenders with tater tots and hubs had the shrimp and grits. The grits were so creamy it was like eating a very well executed risotto. We will definitely frequent this establishment often.
We came to RockHouse Live for two reasons: (1) Karaoke with Rhiannon and (2) the new nightly fish offering.
I am a lover of catfish since I was a kid and I traditionally enjoy it best fried. RockHouse offers grilled, fried and blackened. My wife and I split orders of the grilled and fried and although the fried catfish was fabulous, we had to confess that we actually preferred the grilled! From all our visits, I would recommend the RockHouse Burger, the RockHouse Butterbomb Burger, mozzarella sticks, Sampler Platter, Fried Pickles, Rockin' Tots, Cuban and Queso & Chips!
Server was great but we totally neglected to get her name! Great place!
The service here was fast & friendly! Our waitress was pretty cool. The food was just ok. It lacked flavor. The only thing bursting with flavor were the gator bites but they were a bit chewy. The wings could’ve been cooked a bit longer but were ok. All of our dishes were pretty bland (the rice bowl, gator nachos, & chicken nachos)…the pico on the nachos was barely there. The drinks were decent. Overall it was an ok experience. I’d give them a second shot for sure.
The atmosphere is open with jukebox music playing. There’s a stage though there was no performer at the time of my visit. The server was friendly and made suggestions to help us since we were first timers. The food was passable and presentation was nice. It came out nice and hot and quickly. The gator was chewy and overcooked. Cute new option in Collierville but I’m in new hurry to return.
I really wanted to like this place, but I think they still have bugs to work out. We'll try them again a little later. The server was good, but the food needs some work. We had over-fried tenders, greasy bread, and the 3 people I was with all said it was just ok. We weren't there when there was music - and will be back when they do. It seems like it would be a fun place for that, but not necessarily a place just for good food... yet.
