Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

We absolutely love Zaxbys my only complain is your floors are super slippery! I don't know what you mop with but it shouldn't make the floors that slick, I actually fell into the door frame of the ladies room tonight and jacked Shoulder up big time. . The floor is like slime and unsafe! I'm currently home laid up with a bum shoulder because of the floor. .. Please improve on this!

The chicken has not been as good the last several times. I am not a cook but its been too dry and it's like they don't change the oil often enough. The cheddar cheese bites were good. Also ordered 2 teas and when got home, had a tea and coke.

Food is decent. But the employees have zero customer service skills. Interacted with 3 staff members none of which said a single word to me. I would thank them for helping me and would only get a cold lifeless stare. I get working in fast food sucks but if you don’t want to be there or treat customers with respect get a different job.

The food was as good as you can expect. The service was slow though - they had only 1 person at the cash register during lunch rush and it took 17 minutes from the time we paid for out food to the time we actually got it. Definitely not Chick-fil-A.
