McAlister's Deli

My time spent in this store was probably less than 10 mins from ordering to leaving with take home. Place was clean and the crew was very polite. Always enjoy this location.

We dined here last night 8/13/19 with another family and while pretty much all of my McAlister's experiences in the past (multiple locations) have been very positive, last nights experience in the Germantown - McAlister's Deli was just exceptional! From the register staff to the cook staff were all very positive and attentive and very helpful! We had a handful of children with our two family's and I am sure it can be hectic for staff at times. But the staff last night were so patient and positive and just a perfect example of Great Service! It was just an awesome experience! Thank you!

This location has the nicest staff! They are very gracious and make every effort to make sure the service is excellent. I mean this as a compliment because they even give Chick-fil-a a run for their money on service with a wonderful attitude. The food is good. My wife always gets French Dip and loves it. I tried the horseradish roast beef and cheese, which could have had more beef on it but that's my opinion anytime I order a sandwich with meat on it. The regular priced kids meals are the best priced in the city with an under $3 and an under $4 option that includes drink and cookie. The other couple we ate with had huge salads and loved them. I walked out wondering why we don't eat there more often?

Oh yeah. They close at 9 and we walk in @ ~8:30 unaware of their closing time in 30min. They made a fresh batch of sweet tea and pulled out the lemonade from the cooler even though they had already started cleaning the dispenser and they did it with a smile and we didn't feel rushed at all. (We did leave at 8:55 so we didn't keep them.)
