    Food was great. Restaurant needed a cleaning session. Cashier took her break behind the Counter, with the Manager near her. The same Cashier took the trash out: one bag at a time, while on her cell phone. American Deli is normally Very busy: drive-thru and inside the restaurant. Not on that day.

    Food always hot and fresh. Could be a little more customer engaged at drive through and dine in. Great food
