Bedrock Eats and Sweets

So happy we found this place. Totally gluten free and so many amazing choices. We visited twice. Had chicken and waffles, biscuits and gravy, and chocolate peanut butter waffles. Everything was awesome. Highly recommend it and we'd definitely go back.

This is a cool little spot in downtown. Everything is gluten free, which while I don’t generally eat gluten free, was still very tasty. I had the peanut butter banana waffles. They were cooked well and I didn’t wait long at all. Also, I didn’t find it particularly pricey as others have said. It was obviously locally sourced fresh food so I thought all things considered, that the prices were very reasonable.

A FULLY Gluten Free dining experience! My non gluten free husband loved his meal too and it was such a relief and pleasure to be able to select anything on the menu without fear of reactions. I had a waffle topped with pulled pork that was amazing! We will definitely return the next time we are in Memphis!

It was my second time here. I stop in Memphis on my way back to Atlanta from Dallas. It's awesome to find a cool gluten free place for breakfast before getting in the road. I've tried the peanut butter and banana waffles and chicken and waffles. Both awesome and large servings. Thanks!
