East End Grill

Great patio experience. Red beans were on point. My chicken quesadilla were perfect

East End Grill automatically adds an 18% “service charge” to your check, which is unfortunate because I was going to tip over double that but not when I saw that charge. The menu specifically says service charge will be added for parties of 6 or more... there were 3 of us. Server acted like she didn’t have time for us even though it was not a busy night, and she also charged me for the wrong item which cost more than what I actually ordered. Bartender “joked” with me that I didn’t tip him enough for handing me a beer (my tip was 25% of the ticket.) They do have a large menu and the food was really good. Their business practices and employees’ attitudes is what made the experience less than ideal.

Food was delicious ????. The burgers, tenders, and wings ???? can't go wrong with either one of those. Service could be a little better. Be prepared they do add 18% gratuity to your bill.

Been going for 25+ years. First showed up at in 1993 @ 1145PM. NEEDING cheese fries!
The owner:chef Christian Georgi created the perfect neighborhood bar and patio-with REAL food, usually Incredible food. Always Incredible staff.
