(September 14, 2019, 3:58 am)Usually fantastic service, but we just stopped by around 11pm and went through drive thru and was told they were doing a shift change and it’d be 30 min before someone could take our order. We could see all the employees hanging out in the dining area on their phones. Is this a usual procedure?
