Hen House

New owners equals new menu. Very limited menu items. We went there thinking we were going to have the 'old' menu to pick from after looking at the google reviews. However, the menu we got was different. Very small and niche menu to pick from.

With regards to the food, we order three different items. Brisket sliders were ok but the fish tacos have zero flavor and the lumpia was super salty. So would not recommend getting the last two not worth the money. Portions were all on the smaller size as well.

One major positive aspect for the restuarant was the service. Our waiter Jeffrey was on point. Shout out to him, give that guy a raise and a promotion.

As to the atmosphere, it was good no complaints but was not spectacular.

In closing there is a simple equation for restaurants to follow, GOOD SERVICE + GOOD FOOD = PEOPLE WILL COME. This place has first part but lacking the second part. They have potential but the quality of food and the very small menu is hurting them. Best if luck, they are going to need it.

Great spot in Memphis, area is pretty clean and restaurant adds value with its aesthetics and vibe.

We went here for my wife's birthday while we were in Memphis for a graduation... and it did not disappoint at all. We ordered a few different drinks and the star was the Fruity Pebbles, definitely recommend that. Food wise, we shared the Hot Honey Flat Bread, Brussel Sprouts, Truffle Fries, and an 8oz steak... star of the meal was honestly the Hot Honey Brussel Sprouts. Perfectly crispy with a bit of a kick.

Staff was really knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely would come back @phidingthefam

My boyfriend made a reservation. This was a cute spot to hang out. We ordered a charcuterie board (1 of the best we have had). I got pasta and he got the chicken sandwich. For the drink I ordered the Frose. Tasted the bam bam pepples drink and it was good too. Service was great. I recommend as a spot to meet with your girls or a date night.

Dining and atmosphere experience at the Hen House was nice. The service and drinks were good. The pasta was good but my husband burger was a little salty. I would suggest trying the truffles fries and charcuterie broad both were good . We will definitely return.

Henhouse is definitely a new favorite! It's super cute and trendy with good food. It's perfect for a girl's night out or brunch so make sure you're ready for plenty of pictures! The menu is a bit small but there is at least 1 option for everyone (including vegan). I've gone for brunch, dinner, and once just for drinks, and every time it has been a great experience with good service. I recommend trying the truffle fries, smoked gouda burger, and chicken & waffles. I'll be back soon for happy hour/dinner so hopefully, I'll have more personal recommendations! The plan is to try the entire menu! Brunch is every Wednesday- Saturday from 11am-2pm and happy hour is Mon - Thursday 3pm - 5pm
