Terrace at The River Inn

Great locally owned restaurant. They have great food and drinks. The atmosphere and staff are very friendly. Have gone many times and never had a bad experience. The views of the river are amazing. The place always seems clean and well kept. The prices are very fair and it’s in a great part of town.

We celebrated my wife's birthday here. The staff was friendly and attentive, drinks were tasty and strong, and all the food we ordered was excellent. The atmosphere was very good and the view amazing, however the music was a bit too loud and did not mesh well with the subdued lighting. The de Soto bridge light show every 1/2 hour is a bonus.

We will definitely return for happy hour or other special occasions.

The view this mid October evening was breathtaking. I truly enjoyed an hour of champagne toast and the beautiful scenery. Go on Thursday for all night champagne specials

We live in Memphis and had never been to Terrace at The River Inn. We have been missing out! The maple bacon small plate was delicious, but everything was delicious! By far, the upside down cake cocktail was my favorite. Out of this world fantastic. The service was outstanding, too. I definitely want to go back!

The VIEW pushed it to a 4-star...a cool shortstop place, otherwise forget about it. The GOOD, like I said the view is great and the drinks pretty strong. A nice, dimmed-lighted, intimate, very small date place or getaway treat yourself for drinks before or after your meal, and not for kids or large parties. The BAD, try to find parking space and you have to go through the hotel lobby and catch an elevator to the top floor...I guess that can be kind of cool if you are ... the food selections and pricing could be better, but I would not be ordering from there if I were hungry or seeking a classy meal. I thought the appetizers were okay. The servers could be more pleasant and welcoming to more than the locals.
