The food was great, but when I walked in I wasn't greeted or anything. The 3 ladies that were at the front counter actually turned their backs to me. I literally had to step up on almost lean on the counter before one of them turned around and acknowledged me. I placed an order for my coworkers and I, so of course I would need extra condiments. But I think it irritated the girl because she handed them to me with an attitude and when I said thanks she didn't even respond.

"Zaxby's" has quickly become one of my favorite places to grab a bite to eat! They have so many different varieties of great food to choose from! Everything on the menu is amazing..you won't be disappointed!

Customer service was not satisfactory. The person who took my order was half sleepy. I had a carry out order. When I got back to my car, I did not have any plastic ware nor ketchup that I had asked for when I placed my order. The food was not as tasty as before. It may have been setting up under a lamp. I was very disappointed with this store. I have had better service at other locations.
