“We love to eat at China Star, we normally try to go when they are busy cause the food is always fresh then. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because if you happen to go when they are not busy the food can be not that great, BUT! all you have to do is ask for whatever you want and they will make it fresh, so it ends up being good either way. So if you go and it's not fresh just ask and they will make it right. Being a buffet I'm sure it's hard to have everything perfect when they are slow.”

“This is a favorite of mine. My family usually go here after church on Sundays. They have real good chicken. My usual pick is the 3 wing dinner with dirty rice and Cole slaw and this comes with a real good biscuit!!! They also have a real good dessert called a Bo Berry biscuit. It's a regular biscuit made with Blue Berries. I only gave this 4 Stars because of the parking issues. They only have 2-3 handicap spaces so on Sunday I usually have to walk further than I would like. All in all I would recommend this place to all. They also have nice clean restrooms. Well that's the men's room. I assume that if they keep the men's room nice that they would do likewise for the ladies.”

“We went for lunch. My husband had fish and chips. He was very pleased. I had fried shrimp. It was very good. I ordered Mac n cheese for my side. I didn't eat it. Looked like Kraft boxed and it was dry. We sat on the inside porch overlooking the river. Very nice view. Staff were very nice. We will go back. I will try a different meal.”

“Okay I was very upset at first because they are low in helps if you need a job this would be the place to go right now I was very agitated I called and ordered pizza like I do every month or two weeks and instead of the police arriving within 15 minutes like they originally said I called about an hour later they said it would be another hour before my pizzas was delivered so I told him never mind and I drove him got it myself but when I got there my pepperoni extra cheese was burnt I was agitated and I did not realize it was burnt until I got home so I called threw a fit about it I told him I was going to be bringing it back but they would be making me nothing like special after I paid $26 and something change for just two pizzas and after paying that much you would have thought my pieces would get hot fresh ready no old disgusting burnt Ashley called the other store because I thought Stewart had still owned then he does. Know more anyways they made it to where I will never order pizza from there again but they did fix the problem before kids that was hungry in my Apartment ate the ham and pineapple but that was my pizza so I did throw one hell of a fit they ended up making me two new pizzas and of course apologize to me but here's the fact of the matter I'm very thankful they done that but they should have called me instead of an hour and a half later and me calling and then again they tell me it will be another hour before they should have called and warned somebody”

“Very Very good!! Our after church meal was picked by my sister and she did good. All of the delicious food and and sides were all good. I ordered a chicken and rice dish with onions and some veggies and I asked for some Jalapenos and they put in a few, I would have preferred more but that's just me. Mom had the same thing as I did but with beef & she was impressed with it. Thanks best looking dish was my son's Philly cheese steak...it had provolone cheese melted all over it with peppers and onions and inside. He doesn't usually have anything with veggies on it but his plate was empty except for a few fries. Our friend Joanne had a Club Sandwich with grilled Zucchini on the side she said her sandwich was great but the Zucchini was a little bland. All in all it was was a very good meal and we didn't have any wait time to get seated!!!! That's a plus for me. I would definitely recommend this place to one and all. Our server was very nice and helpful in telling us about what we were going to order.!!!”
