“Milo’s is my favorite local spot. The staff is friendly and the food is great. (Sometimes they are busier than others but it’s always worth the wait!) “Jose and crew serve up excellent food and are so quick and kind. We had great pupusas revueltas, a delicious carne asada plate with rice and beans, "crazy corn" (Salvadoran-style grilled corn), and aguas frescas. I can't wait until we're nearby again to try some of the other items like cubano sandwiches, tortas, burritos, and tacos. The proprietors are Salvadoran so some items may taste a little different from the Mexican and Tex-Mex foods more commonly found in TN. Keep an open mind and enjoy!”

“This is by far the best Arby's I have ever visited. The managers have a knack for picking out the friendliest employees, and they always have a smile on their face. Customer service is above excellent here, and they rarely, if ever, screw up an order. But if they do, don't fret! They always make it right and then some! “If you are wanting good Chinese food then this is your place, not only is the food excellent but the staff is top notch, my wife who is allergic to onions, the nice lady who takes the orders knows this by recognizing me when I walk through the door always makes sure the food I order for my wife has no onions in it. “We visited on a Wednesday evening around 7. They were not very busy. We were greeted quickly and seated. However, that's where things started to go south. Tables around us were acknowledged and provided drinks yet we were sat there without as much as a hello. Another waiter finally came up and made an excuse that our waiter was busy. He did get our drinks but could have as easily have taken our order (our menus were closed and sat at the end of our table). Instead, we waited nearly another 15 minutes to place our order. We were getting ready to get up to leave when our waiter looked over and quickly came to the table. We ordered and continued to see other customers being taken care of with drinks and their food. It took several minutes, after other tables that had arrived after we had being presented their meals, for us to receive our meals...and warm but not hot in temperature. After we had finished our meals, we waited for our waiter to present our bill so that we could pay and leave. Our waiter never returned to the table and we approached the cashier to see if we could get our check and pay. Our waiter spotted us approaching the cashier and dug in his apron pocket to retrieve our check. We've noted a serious decline in the quality of service at the restaurant lately...and have noted as such to the Management. I hope that this can be addressed soon. Portland needs to maintain quality restaurants...particularly in the Main Street/downtown area...if the area is to survive and thrive.”

“The food was hot and fresh. Whoppers were good, the spicy chicken and nuggets tasted like they had just come up! I was pleasantly surprised considering the time of day it was. The service was acceptable. The lobby looked pretty rough at the time though (dirty tables, dirty drink station, floors were soiled.) Overall it was an okay visit.”
