“First time diners. About a 20 minute on Sunday at 11:30 but lasted a little longer due to hostess not inputting the correct phone number. Table service was friendly and efficient however food delivery was quite slow. Now the good stuff...the food was delicious and well prepared. We had the tuna melt and BLT. It was simply perfect and I love the bread options. The atmosphere was comfortable with a friendly palette of colors. Despite a few small hiccups, I would certainly return and highly recommend.”

“I can't even begin to describe how GREAT this place is.. I wish I would have gotten names.. When I went in to order, the lady there had such a sweet smile, and was so sweet. Her dad also was sweet, he even waited for me to get there to get breakfast.. When I walked in I thought the food was gonna be like a typical coffee shop, but no WOW words can't even describe how good the food was.. No one can even make French toast like my dad does, but this place did.. Their food was so good and service absolutely AMAZING.. The whole place was neat and festive.. I felt like it was Christmas already..”

“Come here probably a couple times a month and I don't think I've ever had an issue. Staff is respectful and efficient. Drinks are always fresh and taste great! The few times they've messed up they always fix it and make sure it's right. They're also very adaptive, I like to make drinks a little different than usual and they're always up for the challenge. Praise to the staff and drinks! They've gotten me through many tough mornings and afternoons!”

“I like Thornton. It's always busy. Yet the restroom is always clean. Employees are very friendly. I really wish they had those slush drinks in diet. At least one diet choice. I want one so bad but there are no diabetic choices. I asked about it an was told by an employee that they didn't make syrup in a small enough container to serve diabetics cause it was to expensive. Come on now, you got 3 different choices of diet colas, plus water an Gatorade an you don't have the capability of getting a diabetic friendly slush. And then she said I think sonic has one. Well why does sonic an not you. I'm not at sonic I'm here. Lot's of people prefer diet over regular. They might not want all that sugar. DIET IS FOR ANYONE NOT JUST PEOPLE WITH DIABETES. Corporate needs to put out a memo an fix this”

If you are an alien who has come to Earth and are just checking out what the locals eat then this is a pretty good representation of what Americans eat. “My daughter and I stopped by here on a day we'd been traveling all day and were wanting a favorite sandwich we'd had before. My daughter's sandwich has avocado on it, but there were cut up pieces of the peeling and the pit inside as well. The avocado itself was brown and mushy, like it was go by bad. The tomatoes were not ripe and had very little taste. My chicken salad sandwich had the same issue with the non ripe tomatoes, and the bread was so tough I couldn't chew it, once I finally managed to bite off a piece. Everything fell out of my sandwich when I picked it up to eat it. I should have just asked for it without the bread, since that's the way I ended up eating it anyway. My daughter also got a chai and it was so strong she couldn't drink it. We've had Panera bread foods before at home in NC, but we wrongfully assumed that these would be the same.”
