O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

Stopped in for a few drinks and dinner. Drinks were cold and very reasonably priced. Dinner was delicious. What made our visit great was our server, Caroline. Great attitude, great service and we never had to wait at all. From our drinks to the food she was on top of it! Great customer service! Ask for Caroline when you go in if you want a great customer service experience! Will be a return customer because of her.

The Louisiana Sirloin is packed with flavor. Seasoned and topped with butter, no steak sauce is necessary. Salad was fresh and served on a very chilled plate. The rolls are so good, it's hard not to eat too many before your meal arrives. Service was quick, which is a plus! Nice variety from shrimp & pasta to burgers. Located across the parking lot from my favorite place to shop...TJMaxx.

My 8 year old daughter and I decided to try it because kids eat free. First time going, place felt dirty and walls grungy, but we did sit in the bar area. The food was just ok. The house wine tasted like it had been sitting open for a while. Our waitress was fine, but had little personality. Got our bill and we were charged for an adult chicken tender. The waitress said she assumed that's what she wanted since we didn't have a kids menu. (Which we weren't given) I guess that's one way of getting around kids eat free. Won't be back. Not worth it.
