Sabores

We really enjoyed our visit here. The food was good and the service was good also. They have an awesome offering for beers, mixed drinks, and wines. Very impressive. The only drawback was dinner being fairly expensive. We will definitely return to Sabores, but not as often as I would like due to the pricing. I will recommend visiting here, but be forewarned. Maybe lunch is more reasonably priced.

Very tasty food and drinks. Have had the French toast from the test brunch menu and the mimosas. Then we had the pork tapas and that was deeeeeeeelicious. Also had the white wine sangria, also tasty. Just did 4 stars because once they get busy it takes a minute. But that's to be expected.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in the Tricities! I am in the wine business and can safely say it has the most quality and adventurous wine and cocktail list around. The food looks like art and tastes like heaven. The staff and owners are incredibly knowledgeable and even more friendly! The entire atmosphere and experience is always, always on point!

This place is too good for Johnson City. The pork tapas is crazy good. Beer selection is better than average for a mid high end restaurant. Entree's are on point. The hot sauce side option is actually hot, almost impossible in this part of the country apparently (i.e. it's easily hotter than wild wings hottest flavor which is not that hot).

Probably the best all around in downtown.
