Our server Kaitlyn, exceeds our expectations every time, she is amazing, always makes sure our needs are met, and makes dining there fun. The food has been fresh and delicious every time we have eaten there which speaks volumes. With chain restaurants that is not always the case but the Johnson City, Chili's always seems to pull it off. “Excellent food and cool atmosphere. The Smokey Bones in the Charlotte, NC closed but thankfully when I'm home visiting Johnson City, TN we can eat here. The place is fun, awesome layout, even has real dart boards, just have to bring your own darts (which I do). The staff was friendly and quick with some delicious food choices.
