Those ones are very helpful, and those ones go above and beyond their required duties to help their regular customers and new ones. And it's nice to have a small town feel when walking in and everyone knows you and knows what you like and what you usually get, so they remind you or ask if you need those regular things you get. It's just nice to have that close connection.”
