Very nice place to stay. Concrete pads and full hookups. Nice convenience store. Great staff. They even had local brew options on tap. We stayed only one night, but are planning a return. Walking distance to the state park.

Newer campground with some great possibilities.

Check in was quick. Access is gate controlled and codes were easy enough.

Sites. Site was all concrete pad and level. There was 20/30/50 amp hookups as well as water and sewer. Each site had a nice picnic table and fire ring.

Campground. Very new campground. There is a dog park but no trash can. They provide bags but you have to walk to other side of campground to throw out waste. It is a short walk around the campground. They have a super nice store including pizza, panini's, ice cream and souch more. Staff really nice. Campground is right next to Burgess Falls State Park. The state park has trails, playground and bathrooms. WiFi is available but cell signal is very weak(Verizon). No cable TV but 4 over the air stations were picked up with powered antenna.

Overall a good experience and would recommend.

They deserve ten stars. The park is amazing, the people are amazing and so is their food. I can't give them enough praise.

I’m from Nashville and was on a trip to Burgess Falls in my Sprinter and was happy to see a clean, upscale rv resort near the entrance. It had plenty of well-managed rv pads for the toy hauler and class A rv crowd. The breakfast pizza was incredible and was prepared by the owners granddaughter. Hard to find nicer people than the staff that works here. The store was well stocked with everything you’d need on a road trip — including an ice cream bar!! Also loved the outdoor picnic tables and rocking chairs made by the local craftsmen. Most comfortable wood rocking chair I’ve ever sat in. Can’t rate this team and location high enough. Saved me on water and breakfast.

An awesome new park right outside the entrance to Burgess Falls Park where you can find four of the most beautiful waterfalls in Tennessee. The park is brand new with full hook up’s great Wi-Fi and a well stocked market. The park has only been open a few weeks. The sounds of the waterfalls will help put you to sleep at night. Found the park by accident and stayed four nights. We’ll be back!
