An excellent place for vegetarians and vegans. There are lots of healthy options and fresh ingredients. I have had very good experiences both times I ate there, and I'll definitely go back soon.

Fresh, quality salad ingredients with bursts of flavors! I have ordered from here a few times now and it is a great way to stay low-calorie and on my Weight Watchers plan without feeling hungry after. (I get the Palm Beach salad with Chicken.) I would recommend that if you order for Pick-Up that you check for dressing and all items before you leave. I failed to do that and did not realize that my dressing was left out until I got back to my desk. If you know the Brentwood area, you know that it is not the easiest parking area. I was extremely grumpy when I took the salad back to the restaurant. I told the guy working the salad station what happened and asked if I needed to go talk to someone else. He immediately said, "Ugh, that's the worst! I can remake it for you." He then grabbed a bowl and asked what kind of salad. That's why I decided to leave a review at all....and think they deserve a 5 Star review. Everyone makes mistakes, but this employee showed empathy, apologized, and immediately tried to make it right. Considering I probably did not have the friendliest look on my face, this was wonderful customer service!

I will definitely be back. What a delightful place. There are many healthy options. I was worried about the portion but it filled me up. I had the Georgia Summer Cobb salad. It was very tasty. If you are looking for a healthy, tasty option, this is your place!

Love this place and only been a couple of times. The salads are amazing and everything is super fresh and prepared right in front of you. You can create your own or go with their creations. The warm bowels look really good as well. Definitely a place to try especially if you're eating on the healthy side.

The salad I ordered was OK, but not as good as I was expecting. The homemade dressing was lacking on flavor. The greens were all fresh and pretty and I love how much they recycle and their efforts to cut back on waste. The employees were all friendly and smiled and the service was quick. But for the prices of the salads, and the crowd they attract, I expected something more satisfying. I probably will not try this place again but recommend anyone who enjoys salads to give it a fair shot.
