Uncle Julio's Mexican From Scratch

I want to say thank you to Sam, the general manager. I had received a statement from my credit card company that said I was charged twice. I called and spoke to Sam. He made sure not only that I was taken care of, but went above and beyond to assured me all measures were taken to make me feel comfortable. This is a great example of customer service! Thank you again Sam! :)

I went to lunch with co-workers, and I was starving. So I ordered the dinner portion of chicken fajitas and they ordered the lunch portion. Theirs came out first and they looked fantastic. Big juicy pieces of chicken mixed with lots of grilled onions and peppers. I could just imagine what the extra $4 I paid for a dinner portion would look like. And then it came. And I thought I was being pranked. It was about 3/4 of the size of the chicken from the lunch plates and about half the onions and peppers. My co-workers started laughing it was so ridiculously small! I never complain but I felt I needed to, and was brought 4 more slices of chicken. Which got me to the same amount as the lunch portions.
The food was good but really a dinner portion for $4 more should be so much more than a lunch portion. Some quality control needs to be in place in the kitchen, and the staff should've been able to correct this before it made it to the table.

We just moved our daughter to the area to attend grad school at Lipscomb. After a morning of hard labor, we took our moving crew of her friends to Uncle Julio’s to thank them and to celebrate. Our group of 7 was seated immediately, our server Catherine was friendly and efficient, and the food was outstanding! We’ll definitely go back when we return to visit our daughter!

food was tasty.. salsa was fresh. guacamole made to order at the table. Steak and chicken for fajitas were cooked perfectly. my daughter has crispy tacos... tasty ... ... it would be a shame If you didn't get the chocolate pinata.... well worth it!!
