    I tried both Hattie B and Bishops on the same day and this is my take.

    Hattie B has a great crispy tender, hot chicken, and their waffles are nothing short of spectacular!

    Pro: great parking in the Franklin factory, great crispy tenders, hot chicken, cold slaw is near perfect, fries are seasoned right. Comeback sauce is a must. Great staff with customer service and clean location. Lastly, The sweet tea was the best here so far.

    Cons: The sides were not as great compared to Hattie B. However, they are good just not mind blowing.

    The chicken sandwich was great!! It was everything you would look for in a sandwich. The chicken tenders are HUGE. I got the three chicken tenders, and I could barely get to the second. But they were so good that i continued on😂 The fries are amazing too! Very good seasoning. The service was exceptional, and they clean tables off quickly to accommodate busy times.

    The fried chicken sandwich (Spice level: Hot) was very good and the chicken was fresh when ordered near to the closing time at 8.30pm.
    But the leg quarter chicken was too oily and so we couldn't finish the entire dish.
    Potato salad was not up to the mark but Fries and M&C are 2 good sides to the hot chicken.

    Must try for all Hot chicken fans at Franklin Area! 🔥

    We had a great time and the food was as always, Amazing!!! I tried the bacon cheddar grits for the first time and they were solid but I’d stick with the mac and cheese for my regular go to side. The fries we great and The chicken sandwich was great.

    I love Hattie B's, and the Factory of Franklin location is another winner.

    Happy, smiling staff; killer eats and a cool location make for a great lunch.

    I had the dark quarter with baked beans and bacon cheddar grits, and chicken heat level was medium and packed with flavor.

    Carlos, my buddy that bought lunch, has the half bird, mild, with pimento Mac and Cheese and creamy potato salad.

    A Dynamite meal.

    Here's the Breakdown:

    Killer food with great service and fantastic company makes for a 5 star meal.

    I will go back again and again.
