Been to a lot of bbq joints around this area in particular and this place beats them all... Got the smoked chicken, ribs, coleslaw and baked beans... One word, "Amazing!!" Will be back... If you're on a bike and need a nice little ride and destination definitely stop in.
This place is phenomenal... we got the ribs and smoked chicken, baked beans and coleslaw. Wow! Deliciousness all around! Their sauces are on par as well! Highly recommend this place if you love BBQ joints!
The food was fine, but call me old fashioned, I like to feel welcome at a place where I'm spending money. The little girl at the register appeared bored and a little impatient with us as we decided what we wanted to order. It was our first time here and we had no idea what we wanted until we got familiar with the menu. You'd think the employee would have either made suggestions, or mentioned something on the menu they do well, or maybe acknowledged that it is our first visit and offered to help. Maybe the employee should let us know where the drinks are, and that there is a crock pot that should have BBQ sauce bottles in it. I looked around at the few other tables and noticed the bottles and had to track one down for us. It wasn't until after we ate that I noticed they had a spicy sauce too. Only one bottle of that though and someone else must have had it. The person who brought our food was about as friendly and didn't mention any of the earlier info either, just dropped off the food and bolted. The guy behind the bar looked just as enthusiastic as the rest. Bottom line, the food is fine, but if the employees don't want to be there, neither do I.
Best BBQ in Franklin, TN. Period. All of the meat, pulled pork /turkey /sausage /chicken wings /chicken - the sampler platter. Can't go wrong. Brunswick stew, awesome too. Always consistent. My wife loves the shrimp "Moe" boy!
Wing Wednesday is a thing at .75 per wing. They're perfectly cooked & plump. I was surprised by how good they were. I wish they tossed them in hotter sauce, but buffalo is as hot as they get. The smoked sausage sandwich is pretty amazing too. Glad I took a leap of faith and tried it. Great happy hour too!
